Poor workmanship was cause for a multi-floor flood in this retirement community located in Monroe, MI.  Plumbing pipes were mistakenly cut which resulted in a rush of water from the ceiling of the fifth floor causing damage all the way down to the third floor of this recently renovated apartment community.  Fortunately, SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee had recently provided this property with an Emergency Ready Profile (ERP) so we were fast on the scene.  Arriving within 2 hours of the call we quickly started the mitigation and restoration process.  The property manager was thrilled with the quality of service and promptness of our crew, he said "All involved did a great job.  I am very satisfied".  SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee helping make your disaster, "Like it never even happened."
