Basement Back up in Woodhaven, MI

This flooded basement in Woodhaven, MI was the result of a leak in the basement. It went undetected for a short period of time before the homeowner walked downstairs and realized that that the carpeting was squishy. 

Once the customer realized the problem, SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee was called out to fix the issue.  Within minutes of arrival, crew members removed carpeting and placed drying equipment (air movers). 

The homeowner was expecting a much longer process, but in its entirety, the job took only a few days to complete and the customer was very happy with the results.
