Water Damage to Home in Brownstown, MI

This Brownstown, Michigan family got quite the surprise when they returned home after a weekend away to find that their toilet had leaked and caused damage to their bathroom floor. 

The family immediately called SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee to minimize the damage and save as much of their bathroom flooring as possible.  SERVPRO crews came in and extracted the sitting water first. Then they demolished the affected flooring, removed the toilet and sink vanity and placed a dehumidifier and air movers to dry the affected sub floor and other materials. 

The family was thrilled with the efficiency of the SERVPRO crew, and were very satisfied with the work that was done.
