Flooding in Senior Apartment Complex, Monroe, MI

This multi-million dollar apartment complex in Monroe, MI  was the result of poor workmanship by an HVAC company.  The company was called in to insulate some plumbing pipes and in the process pipes were broken resulting in flooding from the ceiling of the fifth floor all the way down to the third floor of this beautiful building.  There were several apartments affected as well as the main hallways of two floors of the building.  SERVPRO of Carleton/Maybee was called and arrived on location within two hours and immediately started mitigation and restoration work.  The property manager was thrilled with our promptness and quality of our work.
